To search for the different special needs in the age group you have chosen use this type of KEYWORD search:
(age group) + 'special dietary requirements'
Your results should give you access to a number of special dietary needs in your chosen age group. Choose one and use that as your next KEYWORD to search. eg (age group) + (special dietary need eg. pregnancy / nut alergy / vegetarian etc)

Continue to KEYWORD search. Use your string of KEYWORDS above and add 'recipes'
eg. Search 'adolscents' + 'nut alergy' + 'healthy recipes'
TOP TIP: You might like to choose a couple of different possible recipes to start. You will be required to make sure that the recipe fits the nutritional needs of your age group and special need - so you may eliminate several before you hit on the one that will meet the exact needs.

What equipment and techniques will I need to use to safely prepare and present this recipe?
Recipes require all sorts of equipment and techniques - some are very simple and require minimal utensils and an easy cooking method, and others are more complex with a range of items and cooking techniques required.
While researching your recipe and reaading the Ingredients and Method you will come across what you need to successfully make the recipe. At this stage. Make a note of what you are required to use and any special techniques.
